STEVE HARRIS
President and PublisherSteve Harris has been recognized by business publications and organizations as a successful entrepreneur who has launched numerous companies over his 20 year career. His achievements include building Electronic Gaming Monthly into the fastest growing magazine in North America according to Circulation Management. He was named one of Entrepreneur magazine’s 40 under 40 at age 25 and later profiled by Inc. magazine for overseeing the fastest growing private publishing company in 1995. That same year President Bill Clinton acknowledged Harris for his work that included the identification and application of new technologies like the Internet and desktop publishing techniques. Methods later used to launch periodicals on topics ranging from finance (Online Investor) and entertainment (Cinescape) to custom publishing and licensing programs for high-profile sports organizations and leading film studios including Twentieth Century Fox, Warner Bros., Sony Pictures and New Line Cinema. JEFFREY EISENBERG
National Ad Sales DirectorJeff Eisenberg is a seasoned entrepreneur with over twenty five years of experience in advertising and publishing. Mr. Eisenberg founded the Eisenberg Communications Group (ECG) in 1990, specializing in providing sales and support for publishers while building one of the first independent advertising sales forces for the interactive and entertainment markets. Between 1990 and 1996, Eisenberg oversaw all ad sales for Electronic Gaming Monthly and its related spin-off publications and websites. Eisenberg applied these talents to his next venture by quickly developing an impressive array of well known brands in publishing and other areas including EMAP/Petersen Publishing (Motor Trend Magazine), Meredith Publishing (Better Homes and Gardens, Ladies Home Journal), National Enquirer, and Idealab (goto.com, citysearch.com) among others. In the late nineties Eisenberg partnered with Ryan Steelberg to co-found 2CAN Media, an internet advertising sales and marketing network and within eight months had grown to a staff of over 150 employees. 2CAN’s success attracted the attention of CMGI which acquired the company for a substantial profit in early 1999 and merged it into CMGI’s Adsmart Network. Mr. Eisenberg subsequently served on the Board of Directors and as VP of Business Development for Adsmart where he expanded that company’s client base and oversaw growth that resulted in Adsmart becoming the second largest Internet advertising sales network in the world.

Newsstand DirectorRon Sklon is CEO of Sklon and Associates, the foremost newsstand consultant. Sklon worked for Time Warner for 28 years, the last 10 years as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During Ron’s tenure Time Warner was the largest National Distributor of Magazines in Billing, Sales, and Share of Market.
Sklon has extensive experience with magazines and newspapers from weeklies to monthlies. He has hands-on experience with checkout marketing and analyses as well as his long-term relationships with the top executives at each of the major wholesaler groups, the key independents, key retailers, and the direct distributors.
